Agreement Details
- Kärcher (UK) Ltd will visit the machine at the location address as stated on the maintenance agreement to carry out the inspection and service on the machine as outlined in this agreement.
- The appropriate number of visits each year will be scheduled at regular intervals.
- The Kärcher maintenance contract price will cover all call out costs for the number of visits stated.
- Any work that has to be carried out during the contract period to repair damage caused by abuse or negligence is not covered by the contract and will be charged for at the current rate.
- The company shall not be liable for the daily maintenance or service of batteries and charger. However the service engineer will carry out routine checks on batteries as per check list.
- Breakdown call outs will be free of charge.
- The term of contract will be for the term as stated.
- To cancel this agreement the customer should notify Kärcher (UK) Ltd in writing F.A.O. The Service Manager giving at least one month's notice.
- Equipment that has not previously been covered by a Kärcher maintenance contract needs to be brought up to a Kärcher approved standard, using Kärcher parts by a Kärcher engineer before the contract can be agreed. If remedial work is required the work will be carried out as standard labour costs less the call out charge. Parts will be charged at list price less 20%. The maintenance contract will come into force when payment for this work has been made.
- This agreement is only valid for machine being used for a standard working day (8 hours). If the working day is regularly greater than this a separate agreement is needed.
